Will we be able to obtain a copy of your Restaurant Pak email list?
No.  We maintain a tight control of our email lists.  Every restaurant owner and/or  manager on our list is guaranteed their privacy which means we will absolutely not share, rent or sell their email address to anyone.

What are your Restaurant Pak email distribution cycles?

  • LOCAL Edition: 1st Tuesday of the Month
  • STATE Edition: 2nd Tuesday of the Month
  • SPECIAL Edition: 3rd Tuesday of the Month
  • REGIONAL Edition: 4th Tuesday of the Month

When do the restaurants receive their Restaurant Pak email?
Usually within seconds of it eing released from our server.

What information can our Restaurant Pak email include?

  • Headline
  • Body Copy (no more than 300 characters, including spaces)
  • An Image (JPG or GIF)
  • A Logo (JPG or GIF)
  • Telephone Contact Number
  • Website Address (if any)

Can we supply our own ad?
Yes. It must be:

  • Completely finished artwork.
  • JPG format (none other accepted)
  • Size: width: 450 pixels / height: 350 pixels

Do you offer a trial participation program?
We consider our 3 or 6 month programs as trial programs.  With our rates so low, considering your ability to reach your targeted restaurant market, we feel anything less than a 3 or 6 month participation to be unfair to you as repitition is the only means to build your recognition with Restaurant Pak recipients.

Will we be the only one in our business category allowed to participate?
No.  Our affordable Restaurant Pak email programs are available to all companies.

Do you limit participation by business type?
Yes.  We have found that a variety of vendors in our Restaurant Pak email gets a better response than if we just have a few of the same business type.

How soon can we get started?
Almost immediately if you pay through PayPal.  The closing is always the Thursday before the email Tuesday program (LOCAL, STATE, REGIONAL) you select.

Do you offer billing?
No.  In order to keep costs low, all participants must prepay for the Restaurant Pak email program of their choice.

What are your payment terms?
Credit card (Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express) through PayPal.  Full prepayment by company check is acceptable.

If by company check is there a waiting period before we can participate?
Yes. There is a two week check clearing waiting period.  After this period, you will be scheduled for the next available program that you selected.
 

 

RestaurantPak.com Listing Questions

Does my online listing on RestaurantPak.com cost extra?
No, it is included with your participation in one of our Restaurant Pak Email programs or our Restaurant Pak Direct
Mail program. And your listing will be available for restaurant owners and managers to view for the length of time you select to participate in one of our Restaurant Pak programs.

As a Restaurant Pak participant, is my listing featured?
Yes. All Restaurant Pak participants are featured (in the form of one of our top listings for your particular category).

Can I run online specials on RestaurantPak.com and change them at any time?
Yes, we will set up an account for you giving you access to your listing 24/7/365.  You can make changes in your listing – including special offers – at any time.  There is absolutely no charge for this.

Can we get restaurant owners and managers to our website from RestaurantPak.com?
Yes.  As a matter of fact besides our linking to your website, we automatically generate a thumbnail image of your website’s front or home page and we include this as part of your RestaurantPak.com listing.

What about if we do not have a website?
We will include contact info (telephone or email) in your listing.
